Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed that its new ship, Seven Seas Splendor, will have multiple categories of luxury suites when she launches in 2020.
Although designed as a sister ship to Seven Seas Explorer, Seven Seas Splendor will offer several reimagined public spaces. Notable changes will be that the ‘grand staircase’ in the atrium will be moved to the entrance of the Compass Rose restaurant, while the Coffee Connection cafe will be expanded and moved to the port side of the ship. It will also have an alfresco seating area.
“When we launched Seven Seas Explorer in 2016, we delivered a new level of elegance to the cruise industry,” said Jason Montague, president and CEO of Regent Seven Seas Cruises. “With Seven Seas Splendor’s upcoming debut, we are focused on perfecting all the details. Everything onboard the ship is designed to provide a sophisticated, yet comfortable, retreat for our guests and we’re confident that they’ll appreciate the attention to detail that has been put into perfecting the newest ship in our fleet.”
Seven Seas Splendor will also offer 375 suites. The largest suite, the 4,443-square-foot Regent Suite, will have a large balcony overlooking the bow of the ship, a master bathroom, and a private spa with a steam room and a sauna, where guests can enjoy complimentary in-suite spa treatments.
Other accommodation options include Master Suites, which will include two bedrooms, a living area, bar and a smaller balcony; Grand Suites, which will have a private balcony, two baths and a living areas; and Splendor Suites, which will offer one bedroom, one-and-a-half-bathrooms, and a full dining table for in-room dining. Alternatively, guests could choose a Seven Seas Suites that has a private balcony, a marble bathroom, an oversized bedroom and a walk-in closet, or they could opt for a Penthouse Suite. This accommodation will feature a living room and bedroom separated by an entertainment centre and a balcony with outdoor furnishings….
